Who We Are
Scotland’s Landscape Alliance (SLA) was created in 2019 to raise awareness of the importance of Scotland’s landscapes to climate resilience and biodiversity, our economic performance and public health and wellbeing. Scotland’s landscape provides the context for all our lives and livelihoods and its stewardship is therefore of the utmost importance to progressing Scottish Government ambitions for nature, climate and people.
The SLA is overseen by an Executive Committee and constitutes around 60 organisations who take part in SLA led activity through Working Groups and debate led events.
The SLA is supported by National Trust for Scotland and Players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
